Description
Rentokil Accounting is hiring a Process Manager to own end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, process improvements, and compliance with client accounting policies and controls. The role manages and mentors accounting analysts, serves as the primary escalation point for accounting queries, and supports delivery against client SLAs. The position is based in eClerx Manila and requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA or equivalent certification preferred, and at least six years of progressive accounting experience including team management.
