The Process Manager will support the Pan Dacom Group’s migration to a new ERP system by analyzing existing processes, developing and implementing optimized workflows, establishing performance controls and KPIs, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth system changeover. The role requires a university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, several years of process-management experience, ERP migration experience, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
