The role supports digital transformation, process and system optimization, tool migrations, organizational improvement projects, data-driven decision-making, interface harmonization, and training. It requires several years of experience in process management, organizational development, corporate development, or a comparable field, along with analytical, project and change-management, communication, and German-language skills; Confluence and Jira knowledge is advantageous. The position uses a hybrid model with two to three on-site days per week.
