PostNL is hiring a temporary full-time Process Manager in Rotterdam to oversee daily mail-processing volumes, monitor targets, identify disruptions and improvement areas, and lead approximately fifty team leaders, operators, and production employees per shift. The role requires paid training in November and availability for at least five days per week throughout December, with Monday-through-Saturday work from 7:30 a.m. to around 5:00 p.m. The position offers a gross hourly wage of €18.44, shift-work allowances, travel expense reimbursement, and paid training.
