PostNL is hiring a full-time Process Manager in Amsterdam to oversee the daily volume of mail processed during the Christmas period. The role monitors targets, identifies disruptions and improvement opportunities, and leads approximately fifty team members per shift. Candidates will complete paid training in November and work Monday through Saturday from 07:00 to 17:00, with availability for at least five days per week. The position offers an hourly wage of €18.44, travel expense reimbursement, process-optimization opportunities, and the possibility of an extension after December.
