The Machine Setter/Equipment Operator will set up and maintain special-purpose electropneumatic machines, operate and control equipment, perform quality assurance, plan and regulate production processes, and manage personnel during shift operations. The role is based in Wels, Austria, follows a two-shift schedule with occasional three-shift work, and offers flexible working hours and working from home by agreement. Applicants need technical training in process technology, electrical engineering knowledge, German language skills, and willingness to work shifts; experience with machine setting, pneumatics, equipment operation, or employee management is advantageous. The position offers a market-rate gross salary starting at 2,950 for full-time work.
