The Senior Manager, Process & Manufacturing Engineering leads manufacturing engineering, process engineering, technology transfer, capital projects, and operational excellence at the Rancho Dominguez facility. The role manages a multidisciplinary engineering team, supports filtration and single-use bioprocessing, drives yield and productivity improvements, oversees validations and lifecycle management, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is required, along with 10+ years of engineering experience including 5 years of leadership in regulated manufacturing or life sciences; an advanced degree is preferred. The role is based in the United States with an estimated salary of $180,000-$225,000 and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
