The Process Mechanic for Plastics Processing / Plastic Molder prepares and cleans curing and molding fixtures, laminates GFRP prepreg, demolds and positions preforms, documents production activities, seals component edges, and performs minor repairs on CFRP components. The role requires plastics-processing or injection-molding training or extensive experience, several years of experience with lightweight composite materials, process-improvement interest, independent working style, and strong quality awareness. It offers permanent employment, immediate or later start, personal development support, and starting pay of €29.40 per day.
