HARMAN is hiring a Process Mining & Workflow Redesign Manager in Garching, Bavaria, Germany. The role leads process mining, workflow analysis, process architecture, value-stream mapping, and AI-native workflow redesign to identify inefficiencies, establish baselines and metrics, and enable automation and digital transformation. The manager partners with business process owners, AX teams, operational leaders, data analysts, and transformation stakeholders, facilitates redesign workshops, and supports the transition of approved opportunities into implementation plans. The position is permanent, pays a salary, and offers a hybrid work environment with most office-based roles onsite three days per week.
