Description
The Process Operator operates computer-controlled process equipment, cookers, machinery, and pollution-control systems; maintains material flow, cooker temperature, evaporation rates, and equipment performance; performs product quality testing; conducts preventative maintenance; and supports food safety and safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, is at least 18 years of age, and prefers manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, rendering, or production experience.
