Description
The Dairy Production Operator receives and unloads cream and skimmed cream, checks documents and samples, performs quality tests, mixes products, operates and sterilizes process equipment, monitors temperature and pressure, records traceability data, resolves minor malfunctions, and coordinates with laboratory, planning, technical service, and production teams. The role is split approximately 60% in the control room and 40% on the production floor, requires technical or process-oriented training, experience with process controls and production lines, and willingness to work morning and afternoon shifts.
