The client is hiring a Process Operator for a 2-shift food-production environment. The role involves setting up and adjusting production lines, monitoring temperature, quality, and pace, collaborating with laboratory, technical, and production teams, leading a small team of four to five colleagues, training and coaching staff, and contributing to improvement processes. Applicants need at least two years of experience as an operator or team lead, strong Dutch, organizational and logical-reasoning skills, and effective communication.
