Description
The Process Operator monitors and adjusts computer-controlled production lines, checks quality, resolves minor malfunctions, performs first-line maintenance, follows quality procedures, and proposes process improvements. The role follows a three-shift schedule and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,600–€4,680 including a 20% shift allowance, holiday pay, a fixed year-end bonus, vacation days, pension, training, and a permanent employment contract prospect. Applicants need technical aptitude, at least one year of production experience, Dutch proficiency, and a sense of responsibility and teamwork; experience with computer-controlled installations is advantageous.
