Description
The Coating Department Operator will work in a modern production environment, learning the full coating process and operating loading and unloading installations, screen-printing installations, drying ovens, peripheral equipment, and vacuum-coating processes. The role also includes forklift operation, mechanical-fault resolution, and other varied tasks, with progression toward an all-round process operator. Applicants need a technical diploma or equivalent experience and willingness to work a three-shift system; the position offers a gross hourly wage of €19–€25, shift premiums, insurance, leave, and advancement opportunities.
