Description
The employer is hiring a Process Operator for the Coater Department at an international glass manufacturer in Mol. After internal training, the role operates loading and unloading, screen-printing, drying-oven, and other production equipment; performs quality checks on flat glass; prepares, finishes, and packages glass packs; uses a forklift for internal transport; and assists with coating-installation maintenance and overhead-crane work. The position requires a technical TSO diploma or equivalent experience, willingness to work a three-shift schedule, and strong safety, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
