Synthomer is hiring a Process Operator for its Middelburg site to monitor, control, inspect, adjust, and safely start up, shut down, and change over production processes for resins and adhesive applications. The role works an average of 33.6 hours per week on a five-shift schedule and requires MBO-level working ability, a completed VAPRO B or MBO AOT qualification, and a proactive quality-focused approach. Experience in the process industry, a forklift certificate, and VCA VOL are preferred.
