Description
The Process Operator will operate, monitor, and adjust modern production machines; perform quality checks and adjustments; identify and resolve breakdowns; collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to improve efficiency; and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The role follows a five-shift schedule with a 30% shift allowance, pays €4,600 gross per month including the allowance, and offers permanent-contract opportunities and career development. Applicants should have MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in process engineering, with operator experience and familiarity with the food industry preferred, along with an affinity for technology and process automation.
