Description
Douwe Egberts is hiring a Process Operator at its Joure site to monitor and operate coffee-processing machinery, keep production running safely and reliably, resolve minor technical issues, and suggest process improvements. The role requires at least MBO-3 work and thinking level, willingness to work a 5-shift schedule, and openness to additional training. Compensation includes a gross monthly salary of €3,000–€3,700, a 13th-month payment, holiday allowance, pension contribution, vacation days, and a shift allowance.
