Description
Boskalis Netherlands is hiring a Process Operator to manage and technically operate soil-cleaning installations at its Amersfoort, Alkmaar, and Schiedam facilities. The role involves operating pumps, conveyor belts, and screening machines; performing maintenance and repairs; and following safety, hygiene, environmental, quality, and quantity standards. The Amersfoort site operates four days per week for 12 hours per day, with shifts during busy periods. Candidates need practical experience with process equipment or willingness to learn, an interest in installation technology, Dutch proficiency, and a hands-on independent team-working attitude. Compensation is EUR 3,400–4,400 gross per four weeks based on a 36-hour working week, with additional holiday, shift, bonus, pension, vacation, and health-insurance benefits.
