Royal Smit & Zoon is hiring a Process Operator for its Amersfoort production site, where the role involves operating and monitoring highly automated chemical-production equipment, maintaining quality and safety standards, inspecting installations, handling hazardous substances, supporting tank-truck logistics, and recording production reports. The position requires a Vapro B or MBO 3 qualification, relevant production experience, familiarity with batch production and DCS/PLC control, and willingness to work a four-shift schedule. Compensation is €3,362 to €4,486 gross per month, including a 26% shift allowance, with additional benefits.
