Description
The production operator monitors and maintains the grinding, kneading, mixing, and rolling process used to produce roofing rolls. The role checks machines, temperature, and contents; performs daily maintenance; keeps the workplace tidy; and works in three shifts. It is a full-time 40-hour position with on-the-job training, Dutch fluency, prior production experience, and a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one. Pay is €17–€21 per hour depending on experience, with meal vouchers, shift premiums, and other benefits.
