Description
The Potato Flakes Production Operator directly monitors and controls the production process for potato flakes, sets up and operates drums, dryers, and rollers, troubleshoots malfunctions, performs basic maintenance, and monitors quality and yield. The role also maintains cleanliness and safety, works in a two-shift system, and requires technical training or operator experience, precision, responsibility, technical skill, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility.
