Description
The Process Operator operates, monitors, and adjusts a production process; checks parameters and settings; performs quality checks and records process data; identifies and resolves minor malfunctions; collaborates with maintenance on technical problems; maintains a safe, clean, and efficient work environment; and hands over information during shift changes. The role is based in Oostrozebeke, requires an A2 technical diploma or relevant production experience, Dutch language ability, and a continuous shift schedule. Salary starts at €21 plus premiums, with meal vouchers, insurance, a gas and electricity discount, a July dividend bonus, and other benefits.
