Description
The Process Operator will supervise and coordinate the Operator and Wood Preparation Operator teams, adjust production parameters, maintain blend quality, oversee product and by-product quality, participate in maintenance, monitor schedules and environmental compliance, and ensure a safe and clean working environment. The role requires basic technical training or equivalent experience, industrial experience, technical process understanding, procedural knowledge, diagnostic and communication skills, computer proficiency, and willingness to work full-time on a shift schedule. It is offered through a temporary agency contract with a view to permanent employment.
