Arla Foods is hiring a Process Operator for its dairy factory in Nijkerk. The role operates advanced processing machines, prepares and weighs ingredients, monitors production and quality, resolves minor technical malfunctions, and supports safety and hygiene. It is a 5-shift contract of 33.6 hours per week with a prospect of a permanent position, a gross salary including a 28.7% shift allowance, an annual year-end bonus, vacation benefits, and free products during the workday. Applicants need at least MBO-level work and thinking ability, one year of engineering or technical experience, fluent Dutch, and their own transportation.
