dsm-firmenich is hiring process operators for newly created positions at its Esbjerg site to support the production of HMOs. The role involves monitoring and planning process equipment, weighing raw materials, cleaning, packing finished goods, maintaining procedures, ensuring safe equipment servicing, and assisting with miscellaneous production tasks. Operators will work 12-hour shifts across 14 shifts over six weeks, with requirements including dairy or process-operator training, food or pharmaceutical industry experience, safety and hygiene knowledge, teamwork, communication, and English proficiency.
