Description
The Process Operator maintains ethanol production flow across process, driers, utilities, and control-room areas. The role operates plant processes and DCS systems, follows start-up, shutdown, cleaning, and batching procedures, maintains logs, adjusts operations based on data, performs quality-control tests, supports safety and environmental programs, and communicates issues to the Production Supervisor. It is a full-time, in-person position requiring a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial experience, and a 12.25-hour four-shift rotation.
