Ebro Foods Belgium is hiring a Process Operator to lead and manage the rice-milling process in an autonomous three-person rotating-shift team. The role involves cleaning and milling rice, monitoring production through a control-room screen, checking machine operation and rice quality, managing silo inventory, overseeing unloading, and loading bulk trucks. Candidates need relevant industrial process-operator experience, strong Dutch, a forklift certificate, safety and quality awareness, technical troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively under production pressure.
