ERCO Worldwide is hiring two full-time, permanent Auxiliary (Process) Operators at its Port Edwards plant in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. The role operates and monitors NaCl and KCl brine systems and the environmental control plant under the supervision of a Chief Operator, including process control, equipment inspection, sampling, minor repairs, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and system shutdowns. The position follows a 12-hour rotating shift, every other weekend off, with overtime as required, and pays $66,079.03 plus overtime pay for Skill Block 1. Applicants need a high school degree or higher, manufacturing and brine-operation experience, strong safety and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, outdoors, and independently.
