Description
The Process Operator – Automation Feed Energy is responsible for safely and efficiently operating an automated chemical processing facility using DeltaV Distributed Control Systems. This role involves monitoring and controlling production processes, ensuring product quality, operational reliability, and regulatory compliance. Key tasks include operating and monitoring automated equipment like reactors and transfer systems, utilizing DeltaV DCS for real-time adjustments, executing production batches, identifying and escalating abnormalities, performing field checks, maintaining detailed operational logs, supporting system troubleshooting, assisting with plant turnarounds, and adhering to safety and environmental standards during material handling.
