PIR Recycling is hiring a Process Assistant for its new recycling plant in Wevelgem. The role monitors and operates the process control system, intervenes to maintain optimal facility performance, takes and analyzes samples, adjusts processes, maintains cleanliness, performs safety inspections, and replenishes raw materials or removes waste with a forklift. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent experience, chemical-analysis experience is advantageous, PC and basic MS Office skills, fluent Dutch, practical English, independent decision-making, teamwork, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
