Lesaffre Panification Franc E, a subsidiary of Lesaffre Group, is seeking a Process Operator to manage fermentation process lines, molasses preparation, coproducts handling, and liquid yeast distribution. The role involves starting up, monitoring, and shutting down process steps, performing necessary checks and adjustments, planning cleanings, diagnosing breakdowns, conducting self-inspections, and ensuring smooth collaboration with production operators. This position requires a Bac+2 degree in production management or equivalent experience, comfort with physical quantity concepts like pressure, temperature, and pH, adherence to hygiene rules, and proficiency in process control tools.
