Description
The Flavor Blending Production Associate produces blended flavors and flavor components, loads and unloads trucks and containers, completes batch tickets, production orders, HACCP forms, shipping and receiving documentation, and SAP transactions, and inspects outgoing containers for compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and other standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English reading and writing skills, math skills for ingredient weights and measures, forklift certification, 5–8 years of confectionary or food-industry flavor-blending experience, Microsoft Office and SAP skills, and intermediate problem-solving skills. The position involves frequent lifting, standing, walking, gripping, reaching, and occasional sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs. The listed Illinois base pay range is USD 22.50–USD 30.93, with variable pay, medical and dental benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off.
