Randstad Belgium VG is hiring a Process Operator for a food company in Zeebrugge. The role monitors and controls production processes from the control room, coordinates juice unloading, directs and supports preparers on the production floor, monitors schedules and quality, and intervenes when problems arise. The position requires computer literacy, MS Office knowledge, strong communication, Dutch fluency, basic English, adaptability, logical thinking, and adherence to GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures. It is a permanent contract with a starting gross pay of €3,700 including shift premiums, meal vouchers, insurance, a bicycle allowance, and training opportunities.
