Tropicana is hiring a Lead Preparer/Control Room Operator in Zeebrugge to manage and monitor production processes from the control room, coordinate fruit-juice unloading, direct and support preparers on the production floor, and ensure quality, scheduling, and correct preparations. The role requires responsibility, initiative, computer literacy, communication and team leadership, the ability to work under pressure, Dutch and basic English, and willingness to work three shifts. It offers a permanent contract from day one, a minimum gross salary of €3,700 including shift premiums, meal vouchers, insurance, allowances, training, and career advancement opportunities.
