Description
The Process Operator monitors and adjusts power-plant production processes from a central control room, analyzes technical parameters, performs quality checks, intervenes in technical malfunctions, and reports on process progress and safety. The role requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical insight, independent decision-making, teamwork, enthusiasm for sustainability and the circular economy, and fluent Dutch. Compensation starts at €21 per hour, with additional energy-bill discounts, meal vouchers, cafeteria benefits, and on-the-job training.
