Description
The Extrusion Operator will set up extrusion machines, prepare raw materials, monitor and adjust production lines, perform quality checks, package and label finished products, and contribute to safety and efficiency improvements. The role is based in Roeselare, requires production experience or recent technical education, fluent Dutch, safety awareness, flexibility for a three-shift system, and the ability to work independently and at heights. The average gross salary is EUR 3,950 per month, with meal vouchers, annual bonus, paid and unpaid ADV days, insurance, and other benefits.
