The Process Operator / Line Supervisor operates and supervises a production line in Roeselare, monitoring and adjusting machines, resolving technical faults, performing quality checks, checking safety provisions, and preparing shift reports. The role requires an A2 diploma or graduate degree, limited process-technician or machine-operator experience, strong Dutch, problem-solving ability, and flexibility for a two-shift schedule.
