Description
The Operator will monitor and optimize production in an automated agricultural factory, operate machines from the control room, resolve production-line malfunctions, perform quality checks, and maintain safety. The role works on a three-shift schedule with a team, requires Dutch and English communication, at least MBO level 2/3 working and thinking ability, and experience with machines or the willingness to learn quickly. Compensation is €2,878–€3,326 gross per month with a 27.8% shift allowance, plus vacation, bonus, and development opportunities.
