Description
The Process Operator will support mushroom-compost production by mixing, filling, inoculating, and delivering raw materials; taking samples and performing quality checks; maintaining and cleaning machines and the work environment; and resolving simple malfunctions. The role requires production experience, flexibility, problem-solving ability, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility, and involves early, late, and night shifts. Compensation is €3,350–€3,700 gross per four weeks, plus a shift allowance, vacation benefits, an end-of-year bonus, and travel reimbursement.
