Description
The Process Operator sets up, operates, adjusts, and converts production machines; monitors quality, records measurements, troubleshoots malfunctions, performs minor maintenance, and intervenes when deviations occur. The role works independently and collaborates with fellow operators on shifts, contributes process improvements, and requires technical insight, production experience, shift availability, English proficiency, and an accurate, solution-oriented approach. It is a full-time position of 38 to 40 hours per week, starting on a four-shift schedule with progression to a five-shift schedule and a gross salary of €3,500 to €4,000 per month including shift allowance.
