Description
The Production Worker sets up, operates, adjusts, and converts production machines; monitors process stability; performs quality checks and measurements; resolves malfunctions and carries out minor maintenance; and contributes to process improvements. The role requires a technical mindset, problem-solving ability, willingness to work a five-shift schedule, and sufficient Dutch or English. It offers a gross salary of €3,500 to €4,000 per month, a permanent full-time contract, shift allowance, vacation days, and onboarding support.
