Description
The Process Operator will operate, set up, and optimize large production machines and installations in a three-shift environment in Milsbeek, while performing quality checks, resolving deviations and first-line malfunctions, carrying out minor technical maintenance, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires prior operator or technical production experience, willingness to work three shifts, transportation to the location, and Dutch and/or English proficiency. It is a temporary contract with prospects of permanent employment, offering a gross salary of €3,350–€3,700 per four weeks, shift and overtime premiums, holiday pay, pension accrual, and training opportunities.
