Description
The Process Operator will operate and monitor food-production processes, prepare recipes and weigh ingredients, check quality, resolve minor malfunctions, receive raw materials, take samples, release production, and maintain production records. The role is permanent, requires 100% work commitment, and initially follows a 2-shift schedule before changing to 3 shifts from spring 2026. Compensation is €20 per hour plus shift and sector premiums, with training, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and group insurance. The employer prefers food-sector process-operator experience, technical and logical insight, independent and hygienic work, shift flexibility, and very good Dutch.
