Description
The Process Operator will operate and monitor food-production processes, prepare recipes and weigh ingredients, check quality, resolve minor malfunctions, receive raw materials, record production data, and communicate with colleagues. The role is permanent, requires 100% work commitment, and is initially in a 2-shift system with a move to three shifts from spring 2026. Compensation is €20 per hour plus shift and sector premiums, with training, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, and group insurance.
