Description
The Process Operator monitors and controls an automated production process from a high-tech control room, sets installations, manages raw-material flow, prevents downtime, inspects the production floor, resolves minor mechanical issues, and collaborates with the technical department to optimize production lines. The role works in four shifts, requires MBO-3 work and thinking level, prior process-operator experience, Dutch proficiency, and independent decision-making; it offers a monthly salary of €20–€28 per hour, a shift allowance, pension accrual from day one, and the prospect of a permanent contract.
