Description
The Process Operator will work in a 5-shift rotation in a modern manufacturing environment, setting up and monitoring production installations, performing process and quality measurements, identifying and correcting deviations, supporting maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires a VAPRO B diploma or willingness to obtain it, prior process or production experience, and technical and problem-solving skills; hazardous-materials knowledge and VCA-VOL or BHV certifications are advantageous. The position offers a permanent full-time contract, a monthly salary of €2,850–€3,200, a 22% shift allowance, a 13th-month bonus, vacation and pension benefits, and training opportunities.
