Organon is hiring a Process Operator for a 5-shift schedule at its Oss facility. The role operates pharmaceutical production machines, follows production instructions and pharmaceutical safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines, performs in-process control tests, and documents and follows up on deviations. The position offers training, career development, shift allowances, travel reimbursement, and a monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200. Applicants need at least an MBO level 2 diploma, accuracy, teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to learn; VAPRO experience is a plus.
