Teijin Aramid is hiring a junior Process Operator B in its Delfzijl chemical plant to learn and eventually independently operate production processes, perform checks and analyses, troubleshoot faults, record measurements, and contribute to safety, environmental, quality, and efficiency projects. The role follows a five-shift schedule, includes internal training during working hours, and offers a starting salary of €3,400–€4,500 plus a 32.6% shift allowance, profit sharing, pension benefits, and a permanent contract from day one.
