Orkla Snacks Sverige is hiring a Process Operator for its BUBS confectionery production facility. The role involves monitoring and controlling automated production flows, troubleshooting technical disruptions, performing preventive maintenance and minor repairs, handling raw materials and finished products, documenting operating data, and contributing to efficiency and quality improvements. The position offers permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, shift work including continuous two shifts, permanent night shifts, or permanent weekend shifts, and requires industrial production experience, relevant upper secondary education or equivalent, basic IT and control-system knowledge, Swedish and basic English, and a forklift license.
